Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same respect from others. In line with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners can submit takedown notices to us for any alleged infringement. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions.

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. You must provide a signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
  2. You should identify the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  3. You must give details about the infringing material and provide information to help us locate it.
  4. You need to provide contact information for the complaining party.
  5. A statement confirming that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  6. A statement confirming the accuracy of the provided information.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in civil penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Takedown notices should be sent through our Contact page via email for quick response.

Please be aware that we may share your identity with the alleged infringer when processing a copyright infringement claim.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If your material has been taken down due to a copyright claim, you can submit a counter notification to have it restored. The notification should include your signature and a statement confirming your belief that the removal was a mistake.

Provide your name, address, and phone number, along with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court. Counter notices can be sent through our Contact page via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy regarding repeat copyright infringers and will terminate accounts of offenders. We maintain a list of DMCA notices to identify repeat infringers.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update our DMCA policy at any time. Please check this page regularly for any changes.
